Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) (m/w/d) 80–100 %

Your tasks:

• Reception and care of patients
• Organization and coordination of office hours and appointment scheduling
• Administrative tasks such as telephone service, correspondence, and performance recording
• Assistance with medical examinations and treatments
• Carrying out blood draws, injections, dressing changes, and other delegated medical tasks
• Carrying out laboratory analyses and operating practice equipment
• Responsibility for material management and compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Collaboration with doctors and the entire practice team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ / Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Professional experience in a doctor's office or medical center is an advantage
• Friendly, empathetic, and well-groomed appearance
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and high social and communication skills
• Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; additional language skills are an advantage
• Good IT user skills and experience with practice software are an advantage
