Your Job ##

• Support of our planning and reporting platform mLog
• Execution of functional checks, quality assurance, and regression tests
• Monitoring daily operations and ensuring system availability
• Independent adjustments within the platform
• Coordination with other digital projects
• Coordination with external software supplier
• Close cooperation with internal teams (IT, operational areas, etc.)
• Execution of user training
• Creation of user stories, tickets, and specifications in coordination with the team
• Support in planning and execution of releases and deployments
• Receipt, analysis, and documentation of requirements from the business
• Regular assignments at various locations of our group companies in Switzerland as well as the associated willingness to travel

Your Profile ##

• Completed technical or commercial education (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar)
• Broad IT and business understanding, experience in a digital environment
• Testing and QA experience (functional tests, regression, processes)
• Experience in digital project coordination and cooperation with software suppliers
• Knowledge of Java, Python and modern tools
• Analytical, structured, independent and reliable
• Very good German and English skills; French advantageous
• Pedagogical skill for training
• Service-oriented, team player, solution-oriented
• Experience with release/deployment processes an advantage
