Founding Product Engineer

About us

We’re building an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform helping FMCG brands manage Key Accounts, activations, stores, execution, trade budgets and market intelligence in one workspace.

We’re a small, ambitious founding team building from 0 → scale. We’re looking for someone who wants real ownership, meaningful equity and a seat at the table.

The role

As our Founding Product Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders and play a central role in shaping, building and shipping the product. You do not start from scratch - the basic of the product is built and you would take it to the next level.

This is not a traditional Product Manager or Software Engineer role. You’ll combine product thinking, business understanding and hands-on engineering.

You will:

• Work directly with the founders to identify the highest-value customer problems
• Turn problems into simple, scalable product solutions
• Own features end-to-end: problem → specification → build → launch → iteration
• Build and ship production features yourself
• Use AI-native development workflows to move extremely fast
• Work closely with our engineering team and raise the product and technical quality bar
• Help shape our product architecture and technical direction
• Think commercially: Would customers pay for this? Does it solve a real problem? Can it scale?
• Speak directly with customers when needed and translate feedback into product decisions

Technical background

You should be a strong full-stack Next.js developer with excellent product instincts.

• Strong Next.js, React and TypeScript
• Comfortable building REST APIs / server actions
• Solid Postgres and ORM experience
• Understanding of authentication and application architecture
• Comfortable with Git workflows and Vercel deployment
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services
• Highly proficient with AI coding tools and modern AI development workflows
• Nice to have: Supabase, Tailwind, CI/CD

You don't need to know every technology perfectly. What matters is that you can learn fast, use AI effectively and turn an idea into a working product quickly.
