Your field of activity ### • In this responsible position, you will assume the professional and organizational leadership of our pediatric department. We care for patients from the entire spectrum of infectious and non-infectious diseases in childhood and adolescence within the catchment area of the entire Central Switzerland. • You are directly involved in patient care on the ward and actively participate in the general pediatric senior physician service. • You lead the senior physicians of the inpatient pediatrics and assume responsibility for the continuous further development of inpatient care, particularly in the areas of Lean Hospital and digital transformation. • The LUKS is a university teaching and research hospital. In this sense, you are actively involved in the basic, advanced, and continuing education in pediatrics and teach within the framework of the Joint Medical Master (pediatrics topic block). Your experience ### • You possess a specialist title in child and adolescent medicine as well as several years of experience as a senior physician in general pediatrics. • You are a clinically oriented specialist with sound professional experience at a center hospital or a university clinic. • As a leader, you are characterized by high social and communication competence. Taking responsibility, reliability, and integrity are among your strengths.
