For an established architectural office in the Lenzburg / Möriken region, we are looking for a female or male draftsperson EFZ specializing in architecture. The office has been planning and realizing building construction projects since 1990, primarily developments with single-family, semi-detached, and terraced houses as well as individual new buildings, conversions, and extensions. The support of the client runs from the first planning stage through to the execution phase and handover. We are seeking reinforcement for building applications, execution, and detail.

Your tasks:

• Creating building application, execution, and detail plans for versatile building construction projects with Autodesk Revit, 2D and 3D
• Participation in site and terrain surveys
• Creating building applications including the associated documents
• Clarifications and procurement of documents from utilities, authorities, and specialist offices
• Participation in client meetings
• Cooperation with the construction management and support in project processing
• Support in the planning and implementation of new buildings, conversions, and extensions
• Participation in functional and aesthetically consistent solutions

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a draftsperson EFZ specializing in architecture
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit, 2D and 3D
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Commitment, initiative, and enjoyment of new tasks
• Enjoyment of working in a team
