to complement us as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You independently manage a real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• You operate the telephone switchboard
• You are responsible for the entire rental process - starting with the advertisement and the screening of interested parties, through the creation of the rental agreement to the handover
• You support our tenants competently and are the contact person for all concerns regarding the tenancy
• You prepare rental agreements, addenda, and final statements
• You organize and carry out inspections and handovers and prepare the corresponding final statements
• You coordinate with the company management in connection with the dunning and debt collection process of the tenants
• You coordinate maintenance, repair, and upkeep work and issue orders to tradespeople and other service providers
• You are the interface to the caretakers, tradespeople, authorities, insurance companies, and other partners
• You process terminations, contract changes, rental deposits, and other administrative tasks related to management
• You maintain the data in the management tool Immo Top
• You are responsible for the mail service

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Very good computer and MS-Office skills
• Confident oral and written communication in German
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Committed, team-oriented personality
• Professional and customer-oriented appearance
