A private foundation recognized for public utility, Perceval, is committed to supporting people with disabilities (children, adolescents, and adults) by offering them schooling, training, work, care, and a place to live. It supports the development of their autonomy, freedom, and well-being, within an adapted and secure framework, thanks to qualified, responsible, and caring staff.

In order to complete the staff of our after-school structure, l-Accueil de Jour, intended for children and adolescents with mental disabilities, we are looking for:

Educator or animator in after-school support (M/F)

Mission:

• Socio-educational support and supervision during and around meals
• Animations and activities within the framework of after-school care
• Administrative work related to the support and activity

Your profile:

• Training as a social educator, socio-cultural animator or equivalent (ASE, ES or HES) required
• Between 2 years and 5 years of experience in socio-educational animation of groups of children or adolescents with or without disabilities (with mental disability, an asset) desired.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Dynamism, autonomy and patience
• Creativity, flexibility and sense of observation
• Driver's license (an asset)

• Fixed hours: Monday 9:30 am to 2:45 pm, Tuesday 12:00 pm to 2:45 pm, Wednesday 12:00 pm to 5:15 pm, Thursday 12:00 pm to 2:45 pm and Friday 11:15 am to 2:45 pm
• Activities according to the school rhythm (leave during school holidays, weekends and public holidays)
• Possibility to complete this percentage with a replacement contract

Activity rate: 30-40%
