Team Lead Nursing HF/FH (80–100 %) - 40–60 % fixed office days

We are looking for a committed Team Lead Nursing 80–100 % with leadership strength and heart for a renowned long-term institution in Bern.

Your tasks:

• Leadership of a team of approx. 25 employees
• Ensuring high quality of care and smooth operations
• Organization of workflows and participation in direct care
• 40–60 % office work, remaining time direct care
• Max. 1 weekend service per month

Your profile:

• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalently recognized training
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Organizational skills and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, communication strength and sense of responsibility
• Joy in working with older people
