As an MPA, you will be part of the interprofessional team and work closely with assistant doctors and senior physicians - on internal medicine inpatient wards with a wide, exciting spectrum of diseases. The position offers you clearly defined development potential: your tasks will be gradually expanded to include clinical activities and more responsibility. #### MPA Internal Medicine 50-70% # Your tasks #### • As part of the medical team, you will work with assistant doctors and experienced senior physicians on the internal medicine inpatient wards and undertake medically delegated activities. • You are the central interface between the medical team, nursing, social services, relatives, and external agencies, ensuring an efficient flow of information. • You organize and coordinate the inpatient stay from admission to discharge in cooperation with other involved professional groups. • You participate in handovers, support examinations and punctures. Your profile #### • You have training as an MPA EFZ or experience in this function. • You bring experience in a hospital or a medical practice. • You are familiar with medical terminology and are confident in using digital tools and clinical information systems. • You think in networks, act in a solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • You actively contribute to interprofessional teamwork. • You enjoy developing your role and gradually taking on more responsibility.
