Accounting Clerk 80 - 100%

Tasks

• Conducting accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Independent and daily creation and sending of accounts receivable invoices
• Daily monitoring and booking of incoming payments
• Reviewing and independently managing the dunning process
• Co-responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Processing telephone and written inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Daily distribution of incoming mail and organization of outgoing mail
• Taking over various administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Commercial basic training (KV) as well as ideally further training in accounting
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing. Good oral English and French skills are an advantage
• We are looking for a resilient, motivated, and determined personality with a "can-do" attitude. You should approach challenges with commitment and possess a good flair for numbers
