Your tasks

Individual accompaniment and care of children
Co-shaping the daily life in the Kita
Planning and conducting activities and offers
Development observation and documentation
Close cooperation in the team
Participation in parental work
Nursing tasks
Housekeeping activities
Reflection and continuous learning
What you bring with you

Completion of compulsory schooling (Real or Sekundarstufe)
Good academic performance
A gap year is an advantage (internship year, further school, etc.)
Good written and oral German skills
Joy and interest in working with small children
Motivation to participate actively and reliably in the varied Kita daily life
Patience, empathy and flexibility
Physical and mental resilience
Good manners as well as team, conflict and communication skills
