A Law Firm established for 30 years in Fribourg and composed of approximately fifteen lawyers is looking for, immediately or by agreement, a

Legal Secretary (80 to 100 %) - Permanent

In order to strengthen and complete its team.

We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous and rigorous person, who enjoys teamwork and wishes to evolve in a stimulating professional environment.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure the opening and management of mail, as well as the monitoring of deadlines
• Draft correspondence, under dictation and autonomously
• Ensure the reception and contact with clients, by telephone and in person
• Manage the filing and archiving of files
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Provide administrative support to lawyers in the daily management of their files

Your profile:

• CFC Commercial Employee or a title deemed equivalent
• Professional experience in the legal field (law firms or Courts)
• Excellent command of spelling required
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Good stress management
