Job description ## What you will be doing with us • You will be conducting individual and group therapies for patients in geriatric and internal rehabilitation. • You will be accompanying patients in the rehabilitation process and participating in the co-organization of discharge planning. • Active participation in interdisciplinary reports and further training is part of your daily work. • You will be working closely with other departments, such as physiotherapy, social counseling, nutritional therapy, as well as doctors and nursing staff. • You will also be responsible for documenting findings and progress, as well as writing reports. • You will be conducting self-help training, safety assessments, aid consultations, and household training. You will impress us- • With your completed training as a Dipl. Occupational Therapist (SRK recognized). • With your committed, independent, and team-oriented way of working. • Because you already have professional experience in geriatric rehabilitation or are willing to acquire it. • Through your appreciative interaction and pronounced team spirit.
