Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Care of patients at the reception
• Contact person and support for doctors, referrers, patients and insurance companies
• Patient management: appointment scheduling, telephone, email, patient admission, preparation of consultation hours
• Recording of services and various administrative secretarial tasks
• Working days: basically Wednesday and Friday as well as holiday cover
