• Develop business requirements and business cases and translate them into future-oriented solutions together with the specialist departments
• Examine business processes and organizational structures, identify potential for improvement, and actively drive digitalization opportunities
• Translate functional requirements into ICT requirements and develop solutions that optimally connect business and IT
• Accompany or lead small and medium-sized IT projects according to HERMES and advance their implementation from idea to realization
• Develop test cases, accompany user tests
• Consider information security and AI from the beginning and support the secure operation of digital solutions

What makes you unique

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration, as well as further training in Business Analysis (IREB); TOGAF and HERMES are an advantage
• Sound experience in business analysis and in developing requirements, solution proposals, and decision-making bases, as well as agile methods (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as the ability to translate functional requirements into ICT requirements
• Willingness to accompany or lead IT projects and interest in digital transformation
• Customer orientation, high functional and social competence, as well as a trustworthy and discreet way of working
• Very good knowledge of an official language as well as active knowledge of a second official language; English skills are an advantage
