Your missions for the position of health assistant * Ensure basic care at home: assistance with washing, dressing, and eating * Accompany patients in activities of daily living in order to promote their autonomy * Observe the health status of patients and transmit any changes to the care team * Ensure a clean, safe, and adapted environment * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality follow-up Your profile * Swiss Red Cross 120-hour certificate or title deemed equivalent. * Junior profile accepted * Experience in home care or in an institution is an asset. * Good command of French, oral and written. * Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team. * Sense of responsibility, empathy, and patience. * Driver's license mandatory. Your missions for the position of Office ASSC * Ensure the administrative follow-up of patients under care. * Ensure the proper transmission of information between patients, relatives, the office, and field teams. * Participate in the development and management of schedules. * Answer questions from the field team and act as a link between caregivers. * Occasionally perform home interventions. Your profile * ES/HES nursing diploma or recognized title in Switzerland or CFC of ASSC. * Junior profile accepted * Experience in home care is a real plus. * Autonomous, reliable, and responsible, while enjoying working in a team. * Comfortable in exchanges with patients, relatives, and collaborators. * Good command of IT tools. Excellent command of French, oral and written. * Driver's license mandatory.
