This is what you can achieve: Production Planning - approx. 50 % * You plan production orders taking into account capacities, personnel, and material. * You record and schedule orders in the ERP system and ensure smooth production planning. * You monitor ongoing production and react early to bottlenecks and deviations. * You maintain relevant master data and production information in the ERP system. * You coordinate closely with production, purchasing, logistics, and sales. Process Leader - approx. 50 % * You support qualifications, validations, risk analyses, and technical documentation. * You participate in technical projects and take over defined work packages, for example, during the introduction or optimization of production and testing systems. * You accompany changes and new processes during the transfer to serial production. * You analyze malfunctions, deviations, and process data and derive improvement measures together with the specialist departments. * You work on the further development of production-related digital solutions.
