To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a trained (EFZ, or a comparable recognized pedagogical education), team-oriented, responsible, committed, empathetic and creative personality who, as an assistant educator, enjoys contributing their ideas and pedagogical skills and actively supports the entire Kita team. Co-planning/designing the group's everyday life
Implementing the pedagogical program together with the group leader
Taking over settling-in processes
Supervising interns in consultation with the group leadership
Acting as a substitute for the group in the absence of the group leader
Bearing responsibility for communication with parents
Co-designing/organizing the premises
Participation in events and representing the company externally

Completed training as FABE-Kind, or a comparable recognized pedagogical education
