Head of Quality Management (80-100 %)

Main tasks

• Strategic further development of quality management in the sense of company-wide Total Quality Management (TQM) and anchoring a sustainable quality culture
• Leadership and further development of the quality organization (around 14 employees)
• Establishment of data-based quality control using meaningful key figures
• Promotion of continuous improvement as well as the sustainable reduction of failure costs, complaints and error causes along the entire value chain
• Ensuring the effectiveness and further development of the integrated management system in compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Further development of complaint, audit and risk management
• Promotion of digitalization, transparency, traceability as well as data and process quality in quality-relevant processes
• Sparring partner to the executive management and the department heads on quality, customer and process-relevant issues
• Representation of the customer perspective and ensuring our quality standards along the entire customer lifecycle
• Product approvals and certifications

Profile

• University degree in the field of engineering, quality management or business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in the quality management of an industrial or technologically demanding company
• Sound knowledge of modern quality methods, integrated management systems as well as relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrable experience in the successful implementation of change, improvement or transformation projects
• Strong analytical skills as well as a high affinity for key figures and data-based decisions
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight and a holistic understanding of quality along the entire value chain
• High communication and persuasion skills, business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with high implementation strength
