At Haus Raphael, we accompany people with an addiction or mental impairment on their way to more independence and quality of life. In doing so, individual support, professional relationship management, and the promotion of personal resources are the focus.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed nursing professional psychiatry HF, who, as a primary caregiver, accompanies our clients competently, appreciatively, and in an orientation towards resources.

What you bring with you: ###

• A completed training as Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF
• Experience in working with people with mental impairments and/or addictions
• Driver's license category B
• Humor and composure
• Place of residence max. 1h away from Winterthur

Your tasks: ###

• You accompany our residents in everyday life and support them on their way to more independence.
• Together with the residents, you design a meaningful daily structure as well as leisure and group activities.
• You conduct primary caregiver conversations and work closely with external specialist agencies.
• You perform administrative tasks such as reports, case documentation, and protocols.
• Taking over telephone on-call services outside of regular working hours according to the duty roster
