Our Jacques Allemann unit specializes in the manufacture of high-precision fine wires, pins, shafts, bars, micro-flat wires, and profiles in more than 250 standard and special materials. We produce for the most diverse industrial fields - from the watchmaking industry to medical technology, including automotive and aeronautics.

Business Line Manager Precision Tubes

Your tasks: ###

• Build and develop the Precision Tubes activity and identify new markets, customers, and applications
• Develop particularly the medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and high-tech markets
• Identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions in collaboration with our technical teams
• Ensure the technical and commercial follow-up of projects, from the initial request to realization
• Develop, optimize, and secure the international supply chain
• Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers and partners
• Analyze markets, trends, and competition in order to identify new growth opportunities
• Develop new application areas and establish lasting business relationships
• Assume responsibility for the turnover, profitability, quality, and delivery performance of the activity

Your profile: ###

• Technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by training in Business Development, Supply Chain, sales, or business management
• Proven experience in Business Development, technical sales and/or Supply Chain Management, ideally in the metallurgical industry, precision products, or a similar industrial environment
• Good technical knowledge of tubes, wires, special alloys, or precision metal products
• Understanding of industrial processes and ability to communicate with technical and commercial interlocutors. Strong customer and results orientation, with a true entrepreneurial spirit
• Autonomy, capacity for initiative, and ability to build an activity from scratch
• Proficiency in German and English; French is an advantage
• Availability for travel in Switzerland and internationally
