• Support other hotel functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

 

Qualifications ###

 

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
