To complete the team of the Hospital Pharmacy Service of the Istituto Scienze Farmacologiche della Svizzera Italiana (ISFSI) at the Ospedale Regionale di Bellinzona e Valli, we are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant (80%) # Profile: ## The person we are looking for knows how to actively listen to their interlocutors, ensuring adequate advice, correct handling of medications according to current directives and provisions, and effective interaction with patients. Knows how to act quickly using their knowledge, technical and relational skills to interact with the various hospital services and with inpatient patients; maintaining effective and efficient relations with the various interlocutors. Responds to requests with flexibility and competence. Actively participates in the centralized preparation of cytostatics and the on-call service. Believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of all our attention. Necessary requirements: ## • federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as a pharmacy assistant, medical practice assistant, laboratory technician, biology/chemistry laboratory technician or equivalent titles; • mastery of the Italian language and good knowledge of German or French; • good IT skills; • good organizational, relational and communication skills. Start date: ## 1 November 2026 or date to be agreed End date: 31 December 2027.
