HR Specialist / Staff Position 80%

The Stiftung Wohn- und Pflegezentrum Stockberg offers attentive, competent care, and guidance to people of different ages. We are looking for a competent and engaged HR specialist 80% (staff position) to take over the build-up of the internal HR function and work closely with the center management and department heads. In this newly created function, you will contribute to ensuring that our employees have reliable processes, clear frameworks, and competent support. You will support the management team in all personnel-related matters and take over the technical leadership of the existing HR management. Your tasks include building and developing the internal HR function in close cooperation with the center management, as well as the technical management of the existing HR management and the clarification of interfaces to administration. You will ensure a effective recruitment process with clear job profiles, suitable job postings, and structured selection procedures. You will recruit employees and accompany the recruitment process, including conducting interviews. You will also participate in and support the personnel process, taking over administrative tasks (correspondence, employment contracts, work certificates, etc.). You will develop central HR basics such as compensation concepts, BGM, and employee development. You will strengthen the foundation as an attractive employer and develop a professional employer appearance. You will advise and support the center management and department heads in personnel-related matters. You will be responsible for case management, attendance management, and operational health management. Your profile: completed further training as an HR specialist / HR manager with a federal certificate or equivalent HR qualification, several years of experience in a general HR function with build-up or technical responsibility, knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and HR administration. Experience in the care, health, or social sector is an advantage. You have proven knowledge of HR basics, processes, and practical standards. You are experienced in recruitment, employer branding, and advising management. You have a structured and solution-oriented personality with a valued approach to interaction.
