ICT Supporter:in 80-100% Your tasks You are the first point of contact for our employees for IT-related issues and support them competently in first- and second-level support. In doing so, you analyze and resolve disruptions in the areas of Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, telephony, and mobile devices. You set up PCs, notebooks, smartphones, and other workstations, install standard software, and support hardware changes, rollouts, and workstation relocations. Additionally, you manage user accounts and permissions, support employee onboarding and offboarding, and document support cases and solutions in the ticket system. Furthermore, you participate in IT projects, maintain instructions and documentation, and contribute to a reliable and smooth IT operation with your service-oriented work style and adherence to IT security and data protection regulations.
