To strengthen the team in the assembly department, we are looking for a committed leadership personality immediately or by arrangement. we offer • A versatile and responsible leadership function • Exciting projects with high personal responsibility and scope for design • A motivated and well-coordinated team • Modern work equipment, thorough induction and a contemporary infrastructure your tasks • Assembly of wood chippers on trucks or PTO machines from mechanics to hydraulics to electrics • Planning of material, resources, workflows and deadlines for you and your team of one to two employees • Coordination and supervision of the entire project process from assembly to delivery • Execution of commissioning, functional checks and final inspections of the machines • Contact person for internal departments during project execution Qualifications your competencies • Completed training as Lastwagen-, Landmaschinen-, Baumaschinenmechaniker EFZ or Fahrzeugschlosser EFZ • Experience in leading employees as well as corresponding further training is an advantage • Organizational talent, technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented way of working • Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC skills is an advantage • Reliability, sense of responsibility, assertiveness and teamwork skills apply now Does this sound interesting to you?
