What to expect you ##

Serving you for 200 years - would you also like to work for the most personal insurance in Switzerland? As an employee in sales support at our general agency, you will support the insurance advisors and look after our customers on the telephone as well as at the general agency counter.

What you will achieve with us ##

At the center of your job is the active support and care of the insurance and pension advisors (including appointment scheduling and process processing) and the consultation of customers on the telephone as well as at the counter. Additionally, you will look after your own client base.

You will create offers, process applications, and take on further administrative tasks. Furthermore, you will assist in the training of our apprentices and support sales promotion.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed insurance apprenticeship and/or experience in insurance
• VBV insurance intermediary certificate is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as close cooperation in a team
• Communicative personality with a sales flair
• Independent and reliable way of working as well as resilience
• You like to take on responsibility
• Fluent German skills

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the VBV insurance intermediary certificate, non-life and life profiles, to perform this function. Should this not be present, we are happy to support you with tailor-made internal training.

Your place of work is Wetzikon and the workload is 50% - 100%. The start of employment is by agreement.
