Specialized Nursing Responsibility (w/m/d) - Dementia Department, 80 - 100 % The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized and expanded with 86 new senior apartments in the coming years. The Dementia Department currently has space for 72 and will have space for 170 residents in the future. The nursing departments are operated according to the three worlds model by Held. For the newly created position at the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable, and committed person as Specialized Nursing Responsibility (w/m/d) immediately or by agreement. You will support us by: You will take over the technical leadership of the employees in the nursing department in consultation with the Nursing Department Management and the Nursing Expert You will ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of reference nursing, including professional and evidence-based care You will reflect, review, and plan adequate and sustainable implementation strategies for the professional development of employees together with the Nursing Department Management and the team, e.g., consolidation of the nursing process, implementation of technical innovations, coaching of employees, etc. You will advise, empower, and support the nursing team in complex and challenging nursing situations You will review work instructions, work on projects, and conduct knowledge transfers in the nursing department You will hold regular case discussions in the nursing department You will work directly in nursing and collaborate with the Inko group You can convince us with: You have completed training as a Dipl.
