Your new area of responsibility

• Planning of scheduled maintenance activities.
• Procurement of spare parts while considering the budget.
• Participation in the procurement process for new systems.
• Coordination of external service providers for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Planning of annual maintenance for all production systems in coordination with production.
• Inquiring and reordering spare parts.
• Active participation in projects.
• Carrying out goods receipt inspections and spare part analyses.
• Compliance with occupational safety rules and control of external service providers.

Your experience, skills and talents

• Experience with machine components and spare parts.
• Experience with administrative tasks in maintenance.
• Proficiency in an interface function, internally and externally.
• Completed technical training.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and supplier management.
• Good communication skills and audience-appropriate communication across various levels.
• Independent and reliable way of working as well as ability to work in a team.
• Good MS Office skills
