Pharmaceutical Line Operator

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the animation of the line team.
• Take ownership of the performance of their line (safety, quality, productivity): monitor indicators and take corrective actions to achieve them within their scope of action.
• Be able to detect quality problems (deviation) and escalate them.
• Report all new potential risks.
• Know and respect the HSE procedures in force in their work environment.
• Maintain their work tool on a daily basis: Clean, Inspect, Maintain using standards.
• Perform a diagnosis using their knowledge and their 4 senses (auditory, visual, olfactory, touch). Follow a checklist of AM tasks (1st level maintenance).
• Propose improvements, for example by filling out an intervention or improvement request.
• Escalate a problem when necessary.
• Detect/describe problems and notify the people who can analyze/resolve them.
• Explain 5S to other employees. Propose ideas for improvements related to organization and standardization and implement them.
• Perform, in complete safety, the necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of the packaged pharmaceutical products according to the production plan.
• Maintain the basic conditions of the packaging equipment.
• Know and respect the procedures and instructions (SOP) in their work environment.

Your profile:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic or Food industry, accompanied by technical experience on high-speed lines.
