For our Espaces verts pole, we are looking for a Socioprofessional Master or a Socioprofessional Mistress Your mission Ensure the socioprofessional support and integration of employees in adapted employment through adapted production activities and continuous training to promote skill development and the maintenance of acquired knowledge. Ensure the smooth running of the workshop through outdoor space maintenance tasks on-site and off-site: cleaning hard surfaces, maintenance of grass surfaces and flower beds, maintenance of the machine park, small-scale vegetable cultivation. Develop activities and adapt the environment taking into account the needs of the people and their potential. Promote a team dynamic allowing for involvement and motivation while supporting employees in their socioprofessional project. Your profile Holding a diploma as a Socioprofessional Master or Socioprofessional Mistress is an asset; failing that, a clear willingness to commit to the training process; Holding a CFC in the horticultural or landscaping field, or a title deemed equivalent; Confirmed experience in green space maintenance; Experience in social and professional support; Ease and clarity of communication; Ability to work in a team and independently; Skills for administrative work, good sense of organization and priorities; Driving license B indispensable (minibus max. 9 places); Trailer license (or learner driver) mandatory.
