To strengthen our administration team, we are looking for a motivated, experienced personality as a commercial employee for the accounts receivable area (w/m/d) 60 - 80% starting March 2027.

These tasks will inspire you

• Creation and processing of accounts receivable invoices for LANDI customers, agricultural customers, energy customers and fixed delivery customers as well as posting incoming payments
• Support in monitoring and controlling the settlement status of accounts receivable
• Implementation of the dunning process and active processing of payment reminders
• Recording and maintenance of accounts receivable data as well as various administrative activities
• Supporting the finance specialists in various tasks such as post-calculation, process optimization, controls and reconciliations
• Mutual substitution within the finance and administration team
• Support in the further development of processes and workflows
• Substitution in the energy area

We look forward to this profile

• completed commercial basic training with a federal certificate of proficiency
• very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• flair for numbers and an exact way of working
• experience in accounts receivable accounting or in a similar function
• knowledge of agricultural production and processes desirable
• good communication and teamwork skills
• partnership-based cooperation with team members and internal departments
• resident in the region
