Stiftung Nische offers 26 residential and day structure places as well as two additional day structure places for adults with cognitive, psychological, and physical impairments at four locations in the Zofingen area. We see ourselves as a place of humanity, where family-like togetherness is the priority and values such as proximity and helpfulness are actively cultivated. What makes this task exciting

• You will take over the management of the Residential and Day Structure department and receive great creative freedom to actively develop it further.
• You will act as the deputy of the management, take on overarching responsibility, and support the strategic further development of the foundation.
• You will model a culture of mutual support, roll up your sleeves as a leader, and help out situationally - also across departments.
• You will not only lead the team leaders in the Residential and Day Structure department but also intensively support and coach employees in technical and agogic matters.
• You will shape our specialists of tomorrow by bearing the main responsibility for training in social pedagogy and work agogics.
• You will lead projects as well as specialist meetings and develop our conceptual agogic foundations in a future-oriented manner.
• You will ensure medical care and monitor it reliably.
• You will represent the foundation externally by maintaining contact with other institutions and referring agencies.

What you bring with you

• A tertiary-level degree (HF/FH) in social pedagogy, special education, social work, or a closely related discipline.
• A completed additional qualification for the management of a social or socio-medical institution at the department head level (or a corresponding business administration further education).
• A completed further education as a practical instructor in social pedagogy.
• Proven, successful leadership experience paired with a responsible, down-to-earth, and team-oriented personality with high social competence.
• Very good analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking.
• Very good written and oral communication skills in German.
