Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution • Analyze, design, and plan complex IT solutions for platforms and related systems (sensors, weapon systems) taking into account security, network, and operational requirements • Define the security and network components necessary for the integration of specialist systems, related systems, and platform services in classified environments; model and document information flows, data objects, as well as specialist and technical interfaces • Elaborate, maintain, and further develop documentation concerning architecture, integration, and security throughout the entire lifecycle of the platform; assume overall responsibility for the architecture of integrated systems • Ensure technical coordination and management of the teams in charge of the network, security, platform, and related systems in order to implement end-to-end integrations within the planned timeframe; clearly define responsibilities • Perform technical checks and ensure the quality of work relating to architecture and implementation for all teams involved • Analyze communication flows and protocols and ensure the technical integrability of applications and platform services <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree or from a university of applied sciences in computer science or telecommunications as well as experience and skills in the field of security, data protection, compliance, and governance requirements • Good network knowledge in the field of virtual private network, firewalling, and IPSec technologies • Several years of experience in the architecture and integration of complex ICT systems, with solid knowledge of APIs, messaging architectures, event-driven architectures, and information architectures; deep understanding of information flows, data models, and data objects in complex multi-vendor environments • Deep understanding of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust, Defense-in-Depth, as well as cross-domain and zone concepts • Ability to consolidate the technical requirements of various stakeholders within agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) as well as to lead at a technical level and orient interdisciplinary teams towards common goals • Good knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In summary Join the Cyber Command and actively contribute to the digitalization of the Swiss Army.
