Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 50-50% What you can contribute <br /> • Administer files and their registration within the electronic business management system • Assemble briefing files for the department head, the office director or the deputy director • Organize meetings and perform ordinary secretarial tasks • Draft presentations, summaries and other working documents for the unit managers and the management area • Provide administrative and IT support to employees and ensure substitutions <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed commercial training or equivalent • Experience in secretarial work, ideally in the legal or public sector • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite and ease with common IT tools • High degree of autonomy and organizational skills • Customer orientation, reliability, team spirit • Good knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words Through your rigor and reliability, you establish the necessary conditions so that legal files are processed efficiently and within the specified deadlines.
