Assistant Mid-OfficeMid-Office Your tasks Support of Relationship Managers with daily concerns of their clientele (private large customers as well as medium and large companies) in administrative matters Pre- and post-processing of customer meetings in cooperation with the Relationship Manager (financing and investing) Conducting credit analyses and creating credit applications as well as creating investor profiles Processing of foreign exchange transactions and money market transactions as well as recording stock exchange orders Support with the onboarding of new customers including complex KYC testing processes Reviewing and updating KYC requirements Monitoring customer portfolios regarding product maturities and compliance with internal deadlines Participation in the implementation of marketing activities such as customer events Participation within the framework of projects (for example, introduction of new systems) Your profile You have completed a commercial basic training in banking and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the banking business. You already have good knowledge of classic financing and investment products as well as the general service offering of a bank and have been able to gain experience in the area of Know Your Customer (KYC). As an initiative, committed and team-oriented person, you are accustomed to working independently, accurately and expeditiously. Bilingualism French-German is desired, furthermore you have good English skills.
