Your Tasks

• You accompany children and adolescents living in their residential group, including their living and developmental spaces.
• You are responsible for individual comprehensive case management with a systemic focus in parental cooperation.
• You actively participate in team meetings, supervisions, as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case counseling.
• You work in specialist groups and ensure professional development and support planning.

Your Profile

• Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work (FH/HF) or comparable training
• As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and shape relationships with commitment.
• In conflicts, you act thoughtfully and decisively.
• You work solution-oriented and approach even challenging situations with a touch of humor.
• You appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night, and partly weekend service)
