Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41262 Published on 07/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and versatile person, capable of ensuring both the operational management of a CNC workshop, technical support to teams and daily management of a team of around 12 employees. Po Job Description ### • Organize and manage the daily activity of the CNC workshop, ensuring monitoring of the production plan, priorities and deadlines. • Supervise, support and develop the skills of a stable and collaborative team of around 12 people. • Provide direct technical support on site: adjustments, programming, commissioning, optimization and resolution of machining problems. • Program and optimize machining on CNC machines, in particular via Alphacam and FANUC / Robodrill commands. • Ensure human and technical versatility on the machine park to ensure production continuity. • Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flow and working methods. • Collaborate with support services and be the on-site relay for production, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Profile ### • CFC Polymechanic, ES Technician in mechanics or equivalent qualification. • Solid experience in CNC machining in a watchmaking, microtechnical or precision components environment. • Mastery of machining adjustments, programming and optimization; knowledge of Alphacam and/or FANUC appreciated. • Confirmed experience in team management or real management potential on site. • Versatile profile, able to move from workshop coordination to direct machine intervention. • Simple, natural and unifying leadership, with clear communication and strong on-site presence. • Dynamic, autonomous, structured and continuous improvement-oriented personality. • On-site oriented, dynamic and able to make operational decisions CNC Workshop Manager / Fixed
