Business Analyst - Web Applications / Front-End (M/F/X)

The role:

As part of the development and evolution of digital solutions, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business and IT teams in the design, integration, and improvement of web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize the needs of users and stakeholders.
• Write detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Design and facilitate workshops to identify needs, processes, user journeys, and personas.
• Collaborate closely with business, IT, and development teams.
• Ensure the proper integration of solutions into the existing information system.
• Prepare and perform functional tests and integration tests (FAT).
• Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of production incidents and provide level 3 support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and user experience.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the design and development of web applications.
• Excellent mastery of functional analysis and requirement gathering methodologies.
• Solid experience in preparing and facilitating workshops.
• Good sensitivity to UX issues, responsive web and, ideally, mobile environments.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Good command of SQL and tools used to query databases.
• Good understanding of APIs and associated technologies: JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger.
• Experience in using AI tools applied to analysis activities.
• Knowledge of CRM and/or KYC environments is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy in analyzing data from different systems.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Organization, reactivity, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.

Education & Languages:

• Higher education in computer science or an equivalent field (University, HES, EPF or training deemed equivalent).
• French: minimum C1
• English: minimum C1
• Residence in Switzerland required
