For our production site in Zwieselberg, we are looking for an assertive and practice-oriented personality as: Lean Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: In this newly created management position, you will actively drive the operational further development of our production. You will report directly to the COO and take on a central role in the sustainable increase of production performance within the existing infrastructure. In doing so, you will lead and control cross-departmental improvement projects that involve resources from the entire organization. You will introduce new ways of working and process standards, accompany change processes in the production environment, and ensure that new processes are successfully implemented by managers and employees. In doing so, you will promote a performance- and solution-oriented corporate culture. Another focus of your activity lies in increasing production capacity. You will analyze existing processes using Lean methods, identify bottlenecks, and develop concrete measures to improve throughput, takt times, and equipment availability. In addition, you will analyze and optimize material flows as well as internal logistics processes. You will develop new material flow and supply concepts, reduce unnecessary inventory and intermediate storage, and improve space utilization within the existing infrastructure. Furthermore, you will introduce Lean management methods and standards and continuously develop them. In doing so, you will build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and ensure measurable progress in the areas of productivity, process stability, and delivery reliability. Through the reduction of waste and downtime, as well as the consistent implementation of improvement measures, you will make a significant contribution to the long-term and strategic performance of our production.
