Nursing Assistant 50-100%

Your tasks:

• Professional care and accompaniment of residents with dementia
• Support with personal hygiene as well as with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Promotion of independence and preservation of existing resources
• Co-creation of a safe, appreciative and structured everyday life
• Support with mobilization as well as accompaniment to activities and meals
• Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information to the professional nursing team
• Documentation of the nursing services provided according to internal guidelines
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team as well as relatives

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Pflegehelfer/in SRK or Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS) EBA
• Ideally experience in long-term care and/or in a dementia ward
• Joy and patience in dealing with people with dementia
• Empathic, respectful and responsible personality
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
