Managing Director / CEO (m/f/d).

Your main tasks

• Operative & Strategic Leadership: Overall responsibility for the operative and economic management of the company.
• Team Leadership & Development: Personnel and specialist leadership of the employees (drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff); promotion of a motivating and performance-oriented work culture.
• Operational Organization & Dispatching: Ensuring a smooth operational area (experience in truck dispatching is a major plus) as well as optimization of processes and routes.
• Customer & Supplier Support: Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships, negotiation with partners, and acquisition of new business.
• Fleet & Resource Management: Monitoring of the vehicle fleet (maintenance, utilization, legal regulations, and occupational safety).
• Financial Responsibility: Budget planning, cost control, key figure monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Industry Experience: Sound practical experience in the transport and logistics industry (focus on trucks) is mandatory.
• Leadership Competence: Proven experience in the personnel leadership and further development of teams.
• Dispatching Know-how: Experience in the dispatching of commercial vehicles is a clear advantage.
• Language Skills:
• German: Business fluent / fluent in spoken and written language (native or C2 level).
• French: Good knowledge is an advantage (for customer and partner contacts in French-speaking Switzerland).
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: Resilient, solution-oriented, assertive, and with a strong service consciousness.
• Local Connection: Willingness to work in the Luzern region.
