Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and persons with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil and Köniz. The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. ### Your area of responsibility

• You ensure individual and professional care and support, taking into account the needs of our residents
• You assist in organizing and coordinating work processes and activities as well as in care assessment (RAI)
• You assume daily responsibility
• You participate in the interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapies, activation as well as case management
• You are co-responsible for the implementation of good care quality in the residential group and in the Q-group

Your profile

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or Fachfrau:mann Gesundheit with FA Langzeit
• You possess empathy in the care and support of our residents
• You enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork
• You like to accompany and work together with trainees and ideally bring corresponding experience
• You bring enjoyment to the implementation of good care quality
