Location: Home Office / Remote in Luzern (assignments in the stores on-site as needed)

To take our brand to the next level digitally and directly at our sales locations, we are looking for an independent, creative organizational talent as a Marketing & Content Allrounder (f/m/d).
Your area of responsibility
Content Creation & Video: You independently conceptualize, film, and edit captivating video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) for our social media channels.
E-Commerce & Online Shop: You support us in the maintenance and optimization of our online shop (e.g., uploading new products, creative banner design, small optimizations for the digital shopping experience).
Visual Merchandising & POS Design: You bring your creativity directly into the stores – you design digital prints, flyers, in-store displays, and implement cool window lettering.
Campaigns & Retail Marketing: You independently plan and coordinate sales-promoting actions, competitions, and events in our stores.
Creative Allrounder: You burst with ideas and help us wherever a creative eye and a fresh look are required.
Our requirements
Doer mentality: You work extremely independently, think ahead, and roll up your sleeves where it's needed – whether at the laptop or directly in the store.
Content & Design Skills: You already have sound experience in creating social media content (video) and designing print/digital media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Organizational talent: Planning events and actions is in your blood.
Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Flexibility: You appreciate the freedom of a flexible workload and are mobile enough to be on-site occasionally for content shoots or store actions.
