We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement for the Zurich and Fribourg sites, a legal advisor (bilingual) Your missions Within the legal team, we accompany Energie 360° and its subsidiaries on the path to a prosperous and renewable energy future. We work in close collaboration with our internal and external clientele, actively exploiting AI and orienting our work approach in a way that generates maximum positive impact. Within our team, you will be responsible for the legal monitoring of Energie 360° and its subsidiaries in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland. Varied missions and issues await you: * You provide support to our projects and our staff for all legal questions. Your interventions will primarily focus on the themes of gas, thermal networks, energy solutions, and electric mobility. * You draft, examine, and negotiate contracts of all kinds with key clients and project partners. * You are responsible, from a legal point of view, for our project and mobility activities in French-speaking Switzerland. * You handle regulatory matters as well as matters pertaining to public law and competition law. * You handle legal files and represent us in proceedings before authorities and courts. Your profile You are a motivated person with a team spirit, capable of working in a dynamic environment and who likes to produce concrete results. You are used to working autonomously, efficiently, and digitally, you like to take on responsibility and you enjoy developing, within a team, pragmatic solutions for demanding projects. After your studies, you obtained the Swiss attorney patent. You have then worked several years in a law firm specializing in business law and, possibly, within the legal department of a company. You have solid knowledge of contract law and, ideally, you have been able to acquire professional experience as extensive as possible in the areas of activity of our company. German or French is your mother tongue, and you perfectly master the other language, including in a legal context. Our legal team is based at the headquarters in Zurich, where you must be present one to two days per week. On the other days, you will work flexibly via teleworking or in one of our sites in Zurich, Fribourg, or Lausanne.
