Scientific Collaborator (M/F) between 40% and 60% (fixed-term contract)

Mission:
You want to have a significant impact in the health sector? This position is for you! You develop, analyze, and exploit statistics related to the health sector for the canton of Jura, based on national and cantonal data and surveys. You develop strategic dashboards and ensure their monitoring. You establish the relevant indicators for the service and manage the various available databases. You design, update, optimize, and analyze the indicators necessary for the development of cantonal planning and action plans. You are a source of proposals for the strategic orientations of cantonal public health. Your experience in project management is confirmed by your professional career. You provide technical and scientific support to the management of the Service de la santé publique, particularly regarding the analysis and monitoring of indicators. In this capacity, you are able to interact with various interlocutors at the national level in the health sector and prepare sensitive files for political bodies.

Profile:
You hold an HE degree or a university Master's degree in statistics or data analysis, or training and experience deemed equivalent. You possess specific knowledge in the analysis and management of databases, the development of indicators and dashboards, as well as in project management. Knowledge of the health system, its costs, and epidemiology is an asset. Ideally, you can justify a few years of professional experience. You have proven interpersonal skills, particularly in communication. You have negotiation skills and demonstrate great autonomy in organizing your work. You master statistical management tools, notably Power BI. You have an excellent command of French, as well as good knowledge of German and English.
