• Passionate commitment to our AXA customers
• Needs-oriented advice for private customers in the field of pension and assets as well as in health insurance
• Continuous care and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Mediation of further products (non-life) of AXA or services in the area of advance directives and succession arrangements to external partners of AXA
• Acquisition of new customers and building of external networks

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training and further education in sales, trade or business administration
• Passed mediator exam (VBV) very advantageous
• High affinity for finance and pension products
• Anchored in the region
• Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
• High level of independence and flexibility
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
