Your tasks with the client • Co-management and organization of a medical ward with a focus on oncology and hematology in close coordination with the department management. • Ensuring stable processes in daily ward routine as well as the forward-looking management of personnel and operational processes. • Accompanying, promoting, and providing structured induction for new and existing team members. • Continuous optimization of nursing quality and internal ward structures involving the entire team. • Maintaining close, constructive cooperation with other professional groups and specialist departments in the house. Qualifications What you bring with you • A completed education as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH. • At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally with insights into medical nursing or oncology. • Leadership training already completed or the motivation to undertake this promptly. • Organizational talent, a structured way of working, and the ability to keep a cool head even in lively situations. • Team player with strong communication skills, whereby applicants with a foreign diploma and existing or initiated SRK recognition are also very welcome.
