Apprenticeship as Polymécanicien-ne CFC

For our production site in Monthey, we are looking for an apprentice polymécanicien-ne CFC!

The first two years of practical courses will take place within the Ecole Professionnelle Intercantonale de la Chimie in Monthey. The last two years will take place within Syngenta.

During the apprenticeship, the apprentice machines parts, manufactures tools and devices in metal or other materials. Their tasks include preventive maintenance, machine overhauls, troubleshooting and reliability improvement of industrial devices.

More specifically:

• Establish the list of necessary materials and supplies
• Evaluate the time required for production
• Manufacture the various parts of a prototype
• Assemble and check the operation
• Write the operating instructions for the system
• Check the quality of the produced parts
• Verify the installation
• Maintain and repair machines and devices
