For our accredited SCS calibration body for the measuring quantities pressure, temperature and humidity, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial leader who combines technical excellence with customer orientation and leadership. Your activities Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the calibration body in an accredited and norm-oriented environment. Ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, internal procedures, customer requirements and regulatory specifications. Evaluation and approval of calibration procedures, measurement uncertainty budgets, calibration certificates and technical results. Ensuring the metrological traceability of standards, references and measuring equipment. Responsibility for investment, budget and resource planning. Processing of deviations, complaints, corrective actions and risks. Participation in internal audits, management reviews and assessments by the Swiss Accreditation Service. Representation of our calibration equipment and calibration services to customers. Ensuring communication and cooperation with calibration technology within the international WIKA Group. Planning and ensuring personnel qualification, training and authorizations. Personnel leadership and development of a small but fine team. Your profile Technical training, studies or equivalent qualification in the field of measurement technology, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable subject area. Service orientation with enjoyment of customer contact as well as confident handling of customers, auditors and internal interfaces with a sense for needs. Leadership experience of highly motivated teams with an appreciative as well as goal-oriented leadership style. Experience in calibration, testing equipment monitoring or industrial measurement technology. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 as well as relevant standards, guidelines and industry-specific specifications. Experience with ERP systems, testing equipment management software and technical documentation is an advantage. Strong quality awareness, analytical thinking as well as a very structured way of working. Entrepreneurial thinking with high initiative and a strong sense of responsibility and decision-making ability. Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level) in spoken and written form.
